The Alliance recognizes that economic development decisions often have far reaching effects. Our immediate focus is the geographic area defined by the citizen representatives serving on the West Baltimore MARC Red Line Station Area Advisory Committee. Its boundaries are as follows:

To the North

Winchester St (Ashburton St to Bentalou St)

Bentalou St (Winchester St to Riggs Ave)

Riggs Ave (Bentalou St to N. Gilmor St)

To the East
N. Gilmor St (Riggs Ave to Pratt St)

To the South
Pratt St (N. Gilmor St to Frederick Ave)

To the West
